Testing the Waters

Following their launch in early September, Bookado now features kayaking and stand up paddle boarding experiences as they partner up with Back of Beyond providing water sports experiences in Richmond. The booking platform enables customers to book activities and days out directly on any device in just a few clicks. Using Bookado allows the user to benefit from off peak discounts and instant booking confirmations. The partnership with Back of Beyond adds a range of exhilarating experiences to the page including a 2.5-hour kayaking trip on the Thames around the Eel Pie Island finished off by a visit to a charming riverside pub.

We are very excited to bring Back Of Beyond’s fantastic experiences to our platform. Bookado sets itself apart from competition with fair commission rates and a live availability booking platform, coupled with an intuitive booking calendar. Tim, Co-Founder of Bookado states “This is a great activity to add, Richmond is such a fantastic area of London. Our influencers were pleasantly surprised when they found out that kayaking on the Thames could be so tranquil. That is what Bookado has been founded for, to connect people with fantastic activities”. Operators that list on Bookado benefit from increased bookings as well as exposure on both the website and various social media platforms while some are able to further enhance their online presence by partaking in the influencer programme.

Back of Beyond is one of the operators that participated in the Bookado influencer programme, a project designed to strengthen and nurture relationships as well as getting exposure on social media. Lifestyle bloggers Matt & Abbie (@bymattandabbie) enjoyed a warm summer afternoon in August in a Canadian open top Canoe. The event was a huge success amongst all contributors and set the tone for the future of this promising partnership.

Back of Beyond's season has unfornately ended this year but we are very excited for them to kick start in the new year with dates popping up from April.
