The Big Virtual Pub Quiz is a fantastic online team building activity that is loved by companies. A remake of our top-selling virtual event of 2020 we have made the Big Virtual Quiz even more interactive with individual and team scoring to keep all participants fully engaged.

• Traditional pub quiz rounds – Each event will consist of five interactive rounds.
• Pot luck (general knowledge) – Interactive question round testing your knowledge over ten questions.
• TV and film – Using clips from well-known TV and film we will test your observation skills.
• Sport – Interactive sports question round with a ‘What happens next’ finale.
• Personalised picture round – There will be up to eight cryptic puzzles that you will need to answer the questions to the pictures will be transmitted to your device. Included within the standard package is the option to send in four headshot pictures of your colleagues and we will use Photoshop to create four personalised pictures from the eight pictures within the round. This is very entertaining and full of laughs! Upgrade available for a fully personalised picture round for extra entertainment.
• Music round – Quick fire video music round, can you name the artist, song and the year it charted?

Personalised Round Upgrades:

Full personalised picture round – (Add £25+VAT) Send in four further pictures of your colleagues to create a fully personalised picture round. This only adds further to the entertainment.

Personalised quiz round – (Add £50+VAT) Have a topic in mind, let us know beforehand and he will tailor the quiz to your requirements.

Big Quiz Upgrades:

• DJ Bingo round – (Add £100+VAT) Upgrade to a 90-minute event (extra 15 minutes) with a DJ bingo round that includes a live DJ set, music and video display behind the DJ. Simply tick off the songs as they play on your unique bingo card from a smartphone or tablet. QR code will be provided to access the bingo card.

• 30 Min Magic Show – (Add £300+VAT) Why not add some spellbinding magic to your event with our magician Josh? He’ll wow you with card tricks and try to read your minds – perfect for those looking to end the night on a high!

• Contest Prize Package – (Add £150+VAT) Add a further element of competitiveness as guests play for prizes that can include ‘Most valuable player’, ‘fastest finger first’ and ‘The booby prize’. Altogether at least five prizes will be played for and prizes will range from Prosecco to a gift hamper. All prizes will be posted to the winners after the event usually within 3-5 working days.

Delivery:

On the day, participants will be greeted by our event host using Zoom before being briefed on the structure of the activity. Participants will be split into teams with everyone competing together in the main zoom session.

Individual and team scores can be seen on-screen throughout the quiz on the live scoreboard increasing the suspense and excitement of becoming quiz champions. It’s up to you what the official prize is. We can host a maximum of 9 teams and 150 people on our app.

Our presenter will have a professional studio setup that will deliver HD video and high-quality audio. Images and movie clips will be displayed behind the presenter using a green screen. The first 15 minutes of the event will be for set up so that we can make sure all players have the app working and are ready for the event to start. The Big Virtual Pub Quiz will last for 60 minutes.

Important Information

- You will need a pen and paper to participate.

- Price per person is based on a minimum group size of ten participants paying, smaller groups than ten can participate with a fixed fee of £275 + VAT.

- Everyone will need a good internet connection for this virtual experience. We regret that we cannot offer refunds if a guest’s internet connection fails.
 

- We can host a maximum of 9 teams and 150 people on our app, if required we can allocate pre-arranged teams however this will add 5 to 10 mins to the set-up time depending on the number of participants.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

- A non-refundable 25% deposit is required on booking, the remaining balance is required at least 35 days in advance of the experience.

- Our cancellation period covers up until 35 days prior to your event. At this stage, you can cancel your event but you will lose your deposit.

- Any cancellations made within 35 days of your event are non-refundable.
